  I had the most horrible experience EVER! I went in looking to upgrade and the manager didn't even walk up to greet me at the door. She waited for me to walk over to her, it seemed as if she was bothered that i had stepped into the store. I will NOT be returning.. I miss the old staff.

  Went in to this store considering switching our service from ATT to Sprint, and initially the sales associate Julia seemed very helpful. I have a corporate discount through my employer and she told us that the discount would be able to be applied to the billing, no problems. Everything sounded great until AFTER we switched our service and were told by Sprint that the plan we signed up for did not qualify for my company discount as we were told by the store associate Julia. When we tried to contact the store, they refused to return calls, emails, etc. It's easy to get people to switch service and sign up for new accounts when you can lie to them about their services and discounts!! No accountability from the store, manager, or its employee Julia.
