  The staff here are helpful and always their to help, joking with her and being friendly overall. Prices are pretty reasonable and they have a wide selection. You should be able to find what you are looking for here at this outlet store.

  I was in Lake Ozark a two days ago and shopped the Kitchen Collection store. I had several items that I was paying for with my debit card and at the last moment my husband came up with another item. I said that I would pay cash for it--but the cashier said that it would be no problem adding it on with the other items. Initially the bill was $57.98--the additional item was a little over $10, so the final cost was $68.72. Yesterday, after arriving back home I was checking my bank account and saw that I was charged twice--$57.98 and $68.72. I called my bank to see if I could stop payment on the $57.98 charge--but they could nott because it was different from the other charge. This morning I called the store and was told that I would have to bring the receipt in--not very helpful since I live 3 hours away. It would appear that the only customer training that their employees get (besides screwing up charges) is saying "I can not help you" and "Sorry."
